Senior Accountant (yearly contract) (40K-65K) (SDG-53232)
นักบัญชีอาวุโส (สัญญาจ้างรายปี)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Being responsible for transaction processing for GL, AP, AR, fixed asset accounting, general ledger and payroll;
- Doing month-end and year-end closing;
- Preparing financial reports, such as BS, Cash Flow & etc.
- Preparing and filing tax reports
- Coordinating with HQ for transaction reports;
- Liaising with consultants and teams regarding taxation issues;
- Liaising with Tax & Accounting auditors and Tax Officers regarding year end audits, VAT refund and Withholding Tax refund;
- Liaising with Business Team in preparing disbursement applications to the client; and
- Performing various ad hoc tasks upon request, including coordinating with the client.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Strong and hands on Accounting Operational
- Minimum 8 years experiences in Accounting Management
- Fluent Thai and high level of spoken English
- Advance level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Proactive, Initiative, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and passion for problem-solving
- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Background and experience working in construction projects are preferred;
- CPD License

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รับผิดชอบการประมวลผลธุรกรรมสำหรับ GL, AP, AR, การบัญชีสินทรัพย์ถาวร, บัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไปและบัญชีเงินเดือน
- การปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปี
- การจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเช่น BS, กระแสเงินสดและอื่น ๆ
- จัดทำและยื่นรายงานภาษี
- ประสานงานกับ HQ สำหรับรายงานธุรกรรม
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษาและทีมงานเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านภาษี
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภาษีและบัญชีและเจ้าหน้าที่ภาษีเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบบัญชีสิ้นปีการคืนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและการคืนภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมธุรกิจในการเตรียมการเบิกจ่ายให้กับลูกค้า และ
- ทำงานเฉพาะกิจต่าง ๆ ตามคำขอรวมถึงการประสานงานกับลูกค้า
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- มีความแข็งแกร่งและมีมือในการดำเนินงานด้านบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีด้านการจัดการบัญชี
- สามารถพูดภาษาไทยได้คล่องและสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูงได้
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในระดับสูงใน MS Word, Excel
- มีความคิดริเริ่มเชิงรุกมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ทัศนคติเชิงบวกที่สามารถทำได้และความหลงใหลในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- ทักษะการสื่อสารการเขียนและการแก้ไขที่ยอดเยี่ยม
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโครงการก่อสร้าง
- ใบอนุญาต CPD
