Total Industrial Engineer
(25K – 39K) (SDG-60946)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work on the production floor performing time studies and line balances
• Calculate manpower requirements, machine capacities, and perform forecast studies using Toyota Production System concepts
• Support special projects such as capacity improvements, defect reduction, lead time reduction, and plant layout
• Support new product introduction
• Other tasks assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 5 year's experience as Production Planning or Production Technology in any Manufacturing industry
• Understand and have experience of using the Toyota Production System
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Have management experience is preferable
• Experience in a Toyota Tier1 company is preferable

Workplace Area: AMATA CITY Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ทำงานบนชั้นการผลิตเพื่อทำการศึกษาเวลาและยอดคงเหลือในสายการผลิต
•คำนวณความต้องการกำลังคนความสามารถของเครื่องจักรและทำการศึกษาการคาดการณ์โดยใช้แนวคิดระบบการผลิตของโตโยต้า
•สนับสนุนโครงการพิเศษเช่นการปรับปรุงกำลังการผลิตการลดข้อบกพร่องการลดระยะเวลารอคอยสินค้าและรูปแบบโรงงาน
•สนับสนุนการแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการวางแผนการผลิตหรือเทคโนโลยีการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•เข้าใจและมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ระบบการผลิตของโตโยต้า
•ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการเป็นที่ต้องการ
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท Toyota Tier1
