<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for end to end process of telesales
- Follow up customer’s insurance, and insurance policy
- Negotiating and checking premium for prospect customers.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in telemarketing, telesales in insurance broker business
- Experience in end-to-end process of telesales and motor insurance follow up
- Have insurance Broker license
- Fair command of English (Read and write Email in English/ Basic Speaking skills)

- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการ end-to-end ของการขายทางโทรศัพท์
- ติดตามผลการประกันภัยของลูกค้าและกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย
- เจรจาต่อรองและตรวจสอบเบี้ยประกันสำหรับลูกค้าที่คาดหวัง
- ติดต่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือลูกค้าเป้าหมายเพื่อโปรโมตผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ
- นำเสนอโปรโมชั่นให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือที่คาดหวัง

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telemarketing, Telesales ในธุรกิจนายหน้าประกันภัยอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี years
- มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการ end-to-end ของ telesales และติดตามประกันภัยรถยนต์
- มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันภัย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง (อ่านและเขียนอีเมลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ/ ทักษะการพูดขั้นพื้นฐาน)
