Sustainability Specialist (30K–50K) (SDG-118395)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Research, design, and provide consultation on developing and implementing Green Building Systems and Green Energy Technologies in construction projects and client solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to building systems and structures to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with product development teams, sales engineers, and partners to design sustainability-focused and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze both local and international green building standards, such as LEED, TREES, WELL, and EDGE.
- Prepare presentation materials on sustainability solutions for clients, engineers, designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and innovations related to sustainable construction and the circular economy to support strategic planning.
- Support the organization of activities that promote the company's sustainability image, such as seminars, product showcases, or CSR projects.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, Energy Technology, or any sustainability-related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering or Sales Specialist handling Green Building materials in the Construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Conversational high level of English (Overseas Supplier, Clients, Speaking, Writing)
- Owns a car and holds a valid driver's license.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge or experience in innovative building systems and construction materials is a strong plus.
- Understanding of green building certification systems such as LEED, TREES, WELL, or holding a related certification is preferred.
