Job Responsibilities
1. Part Inspection and Part performance test.
- Review Inspection report result of Material, Component Part, Test Result, COA, TDS
- Maintain the quality of incoming parts.
- Control and ensure parts are in compliance with quality and specification requirements.
- Read and understand the datasheets attached to the IQC database.
2. Lead and instruct suppliers on CAC standards and requirements.
- Assuring supplier understanding and compliance with CAC.
- Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues.
3. Lead on supplier quality issue.
- Issue MRR to supplier for supplier relate issue, Root cause identify and corrective action request.
- Review and approve of MRR or 8D from supplier.
4. Monitor periodically supplier performance.
- Review and report supplier number of Non-conforming periodically.
- Responsible for monthly report of supplier evaluation.
5. Supplier qualification, new product, new process, new supplier.
Review and approve PPAP submission for new product/process/supplier qualification.
6. New/Current Supplier Assessment audit.
- Perform new supplier assessment to support sourcing strategy follow Dextra’s supplier audit standard.
- Plan and Perform periodically Current supplier audit.
7. Continuous Supplier Improvement.
- Improving the quality performance of suppliers by conducting onsite workshops at supplier locations, and providing technical assistance in developing a robust quality system.

- อ่านและทำความเข้าใจเอกสารข้อมูลที่แนบมากับฐานข้อมูล IQC
2. เป็นผู้นำและแนะนำซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของ CAC
- รับประกันความเข้าใจของซัพพลายเออร์และการปฏิบัติตาม CAC
- ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงปัญหาคุณภาพภายในและปัญหาคุณภาพลูกค้า
3. เป็นผู้นำในเรื่องคุณภาพซัพพลายเออร์
- ออก MRR ให้กับซัพพลายเออร์สำหรับปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับซัพพลายเออร์ ระบุสาเหตุที่แท้จริง และขอให้ดำเนินการแก้ไข
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ MRR หรือ 8D จากซัพพลายเออร์
4. ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของซัพพลายเออร์เป็นระยะๆ
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานจำนวนซัพพลายเออร์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดเป็นระยะๆ
- รับผิดชอบรายงานการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ประจำเดือน
5. คุณสมบัติของซัพพลายเออร์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ กระบวนการใหม่ ซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่
ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการส่ง PPAP สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์/กระบวนการ/คุณสมบัติซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่
6. การตรวจสอบการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่/ปัจจุบัน
- ดำเนินการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่เพื่อสนับสนุนกลยุทธ์การจัดหาตามมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์ของ Dextra
- วางแผนและดำเนินการเป็นระยะๆ การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์ปัจจุบัน
7. การปรับปรุงซัพพลายเออร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพด้านคุณภาพของซัพพลายเออร์โดยการจัดเวิร์คช็อปนอกสถานที่ ณ สถานที่ตั้งของซัพพลายเออร์ และให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านเทคนิคในการพัฒนาระบบคุณภาพที่แข็งแกร่ง
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or relate filed.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Engineer or Supplier Quality Control in Automotive manufacturing.
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and experience in Automotive Core Tools, VDA6.3 Process Audit
• Experience in QC system & improvement tools
• Frequent contacts with overseas suppliers and customers.
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experienced from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
• Have IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification.
• Experienced in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• มีประสบการณ์ในระบบ QC และเครื่องมือในการปรับปรุง
• ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าในต่างประเทศเป็นประจำ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์จากยานยนต์ชั้น 1 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มี IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์ของยุโรปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
