Store Design (Apparel) (40K-60K) (SDG-40302)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Execute Design strategy in design of the company's apparel stores both in department stores and stand-alone (Expansion around 5 stores per year)
 Provide clear, effective and timely communication of design
 Develop design documentation to support design intent per global guidelines including schematic drawings
 Manage the production of construction documents by internal and external designers and consultants
 Set schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams
 Communicate dates to project team and meets all established deadlines
 Control and monitor vendors
 Visit an on-process store in order to observe progress with the team or individually
 Renovation of existing stores if assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 25-29 years old
 Bachelor Degree in Finance
 Having at least 2 years of working experience in the production of design development and construction drawings especially shop in a department store and stand-alone
 Proficiency in Auto CAD
 Ability to manage projects independently
 Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues
 Excellent command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
 Availability for travel to all province and other countries when required

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience working in FMCG business
 Experience working in a retail interior/architectural organization
