Specification Sales Executive (Sanitary Ware) (30K–60K) (SDG-118533)

<Job responsibilities>
Specify products to suit different types of projects — including government, private, and condominium developments. Work closely with partner (interior designers, architects, and key decision-makers in the construction and design industry) to introduce and push company products into various projects.
- Visit client (Frequency : Depends on situation)
- Coordinate with the salespersons of each project to close the deal
- Control the specification design and propose to the customer
- Contact and present products to project owners
- Maintain good relationships with customers and increase the Company fanbase
- Other tasks as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 29 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 year experience in Sales, preferrably in projects sales
- Experience in contacting interia designers, architects, and key decision-makers in the construction and design industry
- Coversation High level in English required and must be able to Communicate well, use with internal
- Have Own car and driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- the Japanese language is a plus.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
