เจ้าหน้าที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านโซลูชัน


<Job Responsibilities>
- Present, install and take care of after-sales issues regarding solutions marketed by the company.
- Liaise with foreign countries to solve problems from the use of the system
- Remote to troubleshoot system problems Ready to give advice on the use of products marketed to customers.
- Prepare documents related to sales work Product comparison to support the work of the sales department.
- Summarize reports on activities prepared within the department and other assignments.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- นำเสนอ ติดตั้ง และดูแลปัญหาหลังการขายเกี่ยวกับโซลูชั่นที่ทำการตลาดโดยบริษัท
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับต่างประเทศเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาจากการใช้งานระบบ
- รีโมทระยะไกลเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทำการตลาดให้กับลูกค้า
-จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย เปรียบเทียบสินค้า เพื่อรองรับการทำงานของฝ่ายขาย
- สรุปรายงานกิจกรรมที่จัดทำภายในแผนกและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Network and IT Security support
- Understand the structure and design of databases
- Able to use MS Windows server, MS office, Virtual Box, TeamViewer
- Good command of English [to communicate with customers]
- Have own car and driving license for business purpose
- Able to travel upcountry or abroad

<Preferable Skills/experiences>
- Have TOEIC score 700
- Experience in software field will be an advantage

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday *No Saturday working)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Network และ IT Security อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- เข้าใจโครงสร้างและการออกแบบฐานข้อมูล
- สามารถใช้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ MS Windows, MS office, Virtual Box, TeamViewer ได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [ในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า]
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
-สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดหรือต่างประเทศได้
