Software Manager (Engine control) (65K–75K) (SDG-99353)
ผู้จัดการซอฟต์แวร์ (ควบคุมเครื่องยนต์)
<Job responsibilities>
• Corporate with internal management and HQ staff for software development strategy including with managing resource and recruitment
• Preparing and managing budget by yearly/ quarter and support some parts which related to purchasing in team
• Work with project management to ensure project status in section is accurate and issues are raised up quickly
• Monitor for overall of project status (include risk/issue) and control workload of development team
• Supervise and oversee for development team to set target to improve for both technical and process.
• Analyzing and solving any problems accordingly
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• จัดการทรัพยากรและการสรรหาบุคลากรองค์กรภายในและพนักงาน HQ สำหรับกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
• จัดเตรียมและจัดการงบประมาณประจำปี/ไตรมาส และสนับสนุนบางส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อในทีม
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารโครงการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสถานะของโครงการในส่วนนั้นถูกต้องและมีการหยิบยกประเด็นที่เป็นปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว
• ติดตามสถานะโครงการโดยรวม (รวมความเสี่ยง/ปัญหา) และควบคุมปริมาณงานของทีมพัฒนา
• กำกับดูแลและดูแลทีมพัฒนาเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายในการปรับปรุงทั้งด้านเทคนิคและกระบวนการ
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ตามความเหมาะสม
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degrees of Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- At least 7 years experience in Software Development (Embedded system)
- More than 2 years experience as management role (leading a team of over 15 members on multiple projects)
- knowledge in C/C++, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS Programming
- Micro Controller
- Software Project management experience: managing/delivering large-scale projects
- Software development life cycle, Software development process and documents.
- skill and able to handle/ control for any pressure/ variety of situation in project. (CMMI/PMP)
- good command of English (internal Communicate with JP GM)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- experience of Engine control Business
- Can Communicate in Japanese

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปีในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (Embedded system)
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารมากกว่า 2 ปี (เป็นผู้นำทีมงานมากกว่า 15 คนในหลายโครงการ)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเขียนโปรแกรม C/C++, C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS
- ทักษะ Micro Controller
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการโครงการซอฟต์แวร์: การจัดการ/ส่งมอบโครงการขนาดใหญ่
- ทักษะการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และงานเอกสาร
- มีทักษะและสามารถจัดการ ควบคุมความกดดันในสถานการณ์ที่หลากหลายในโครงการได้ (CMMI/PMP)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารภายในกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
