<Job Responsibilities>
- Hands-on design/develop features and fix complex issues in a cross functional team
- Lead the team to adopt & advocate for best engineering practices, reusable module designs resulting in a quality and fast-paced deliverable
- Manage and control team member to proceed development process
- Communicate with another team to improve software
- Other tasks assigned by Thai manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience
- 1+ years of experience using Flutter
- Strong object-oriented design and working knowledge of data structure and algorithms
- Familiar with common coding architecture such as MVP, MVVM, and clean code
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ลงมือออกแบบ/พัฒนาคุณสมบัติและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนในทีมข้ามสายงาน
- นำทีมเพื่อมาปรับใช้และสนับสนุนแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านวิศวกรรมที่ดีที่สุด, การออกแบบโมดูลที่นำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ ส่งผลให้มีคุณภาพและการส่งมอบที่รวดเร็ว
- จัดการและควบคุมสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนา
- สื่อสารกับทีมอื่นเพื่อปรับปรุงซอฟต์แวร์
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวไทย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี และ/หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนามือถือเชิงปฏิบัติ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไปในการใช้ Flutter
- การออกแบบเชิงวัตถุที่แข็งแกร่งและความรู้ในการทำงานของโครงสร้างข้อมูลและอัลกอริธึม
- คุ้นเคยกับสถาปัตยกรรมการเข้ารหัสทั่วไป เช่น MVP, MVVM และ clean code
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในด้านการเขียนและการพูด
