<Job Responsibilities>
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 21-25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge in Electrical
- Good command in English for internal communication with Japanese Manager
- Own car and able to use for business purpose (compensate in salary)
- Able to work on Saturday (can compensate to leave on weekday)
- Able to work overtime

Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: if its necessary (several times/ year)))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การใช้กลยุทธ์และเครื่องมือต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับข้อกังวลของลูกค้า
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้า วิศวกร และช่างเทคนิคอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบริการได้รับการส่งมอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามผลการร้องขอบริการและให้ข้อเสนอแนะกับลูกค้าทันที
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร และพัฒนามาตรการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
- การเขียนรายงานและนำเสนอข้อค้นพบแก่ผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 21-25 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือเมคคาทรอนิกส์
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ความรู้ด้านไฟฟ้า
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในการสื่อสารภายในกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองและสามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อธุรกิจได้ (ชดเชยในเงินเดือน)
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้ (ชดเชยวันธรรมดาได้)
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
