<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit clients by own drive (own car) and support clients via phone/emails/onsite (Mainly in Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Lumpoon and Suburb)
- Responsible for existing clients regarding installation, maintenance, and provide technical support including ovehauling machine
- Provide training to customer
- Diagnose errors and troubleshooting it
- Make the reports to corporates
- Other tasks as assigned
- Has opportunity to be sent for a training in Switzerland/ Germany/ Italy/ and Netherland

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
- More than 2 years of experience in CNC machine (Cutting / Machine Tools) as a Service Engineer or Technical Support from CNC machine supplier company
- Hold valid driving license with own car
- Able to travel upcountry
- Good command of spoken and written in English (to communicate closely with overseas team from Switzerland and Germany

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าโดยขับรถไปเอง (รถยนต์ส่วนตัว) และให้บริการลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ / อีเมล / นอกสถานที่ (ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในจังหวัดระยองชลบุรีอยุธยาลำพูนและชานเมือง)
- รับผิดชอบลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งบำรุงรักษาและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิครวมถึงเครื่องอบ
- จัดฝึกอบรมให้กับลูกค้า
- วินิจฉัยข้อผิดพลาดและแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดทำรายงานให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีโอกาสถูกส่งไปฝึกอบรมในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ / เยอรมนี / อิตาลี / และเนเธอร์แลนด์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 25-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล / อุตสาหการ / ไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องจักร CNC (Cutting / Machine Tools) มากกว่า 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer หรือ Technical Support จาก บริษัท ผู้จำหน่ายเครื่อง CNC
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับทีมต่างประเทศจากสวิตเซอร์แลนด์และเยอรมนีได้อย่างใกล้ชิด
