Job Detail

Service Assistant Manager (50K – 60K) (SDG-65534)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To take care of valves in "flow serve" brand. mainly product is control valves and MOV (Motor operate valves)
• Management of repair services customer service planning Maintenance to be on target and on time.
• Supervise, procure, and maintain tools, machines and personnel to be appropriate for the operation.
• Controlling the management of the Service Group to ensure that it is in accordance with the policy and goals with efficiency in terms of repair process, customer service, technical and quality.
• Control the quality of repairs and services to meet the goals and to allow customers to receive standardized services.
• Consulting with production engineers maintenance engineer Sales Support Engineer (Application Engineer) and technical staff in department administration as well as helping to solve various problems within the Service group
• Coordinate with oversea manufacturers regarding technical information requests and product claims from abroad.
• Set action plan goals. Organize the organization of the service group
• Supervise and operate in accordance with the quality and environmental management system established by the Company. Improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare performance measures and reports or communicate with relevant departments.
• Consider joining people to work, penalties in responsible agencies
• Provide daily, monthly, and yearly performance reports. as appropriate to measure performance and to be an information for decision making.
• Promote awareness among personnel concerned with good environmental awareness
• Prepare a budget for planning and cost control of the responsible line.
• To train the team To develop and increase the skills in the work of the team
• To visit client and on site with service technician team by company car no driver (Eastern area)
• Other tasks as assigned




Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relate fields.
• At least 10 years experience as maintenance service department role in any valves industry or manufacturing industry.
• Have management experience at least 3 years as maintenance service team leader in any valves industry or manufacturing industry.
• Have knowledge in valves product as control valves and MOV (Motor operate valves)
• Able to read drawing
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Advance conversation high level in English (Using for contact and communicate with oversea manufacturing such as German and USA)
• Able to visit client with service technician team by company car no driver (Eastern area)
