Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS, 1year contract) (50K-70K) (SDG-75616)
เจ้าหน้าที่สำรวจปริมาณอาวุโส (QS, สัญญา 1 ปี)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Evaluate the quantity and interim payment submitted by the Contractor
- Communicate and discuss the estimates with Contractors
- Endorse the monthly interim payment to the Employer
- Prepare for Quantity take-off for As-built Quantity
- Checks and standardize all methods of measurement for the derivation of quantities before costing
- Claim variation order claim
- Other tasks as assigned
*The construction site will be at Rayong.
**The ordering source is Western foreign-owned company.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 32-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree related to Civil Engineer
- At least 10 years’ experience of concerning to quantity survey work for civil and architect.
- Person who has experience of discussing with consultants in English
(Communicate with consultant from MNC is preferable)
- Conversational high level of English (communicate with clients and write documents)
- Ability to be in charge of overall quantity survey.
- Knowledge of concerns to quantity survey work for civil and architect.
- Good communication skills and must be a team player

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประเมินปริมาณและการชำระเงินระหว่างกาลที่ส่งโดยผู้รับเหมา
- สื่อสารและหารือเกี่ยวกับการประมาณการกับผู้รับเหมา
- รับรองการชำระเงินระหว่างกาลรายเดือนให้กับนายจ้าง
- เตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการขึ้นลงของปริมาณสำหรับปริมาณที่สร้างไว้
- ตรวจสอบและสร้างมาตรฐานวิธีการวัดทั้งหมดสำหรับการได้มาของปริมาณก่อนการคิดต้นทุน
- เรียกร้องการเรียกร้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งรูปแบบ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
*สถานที่ก่อสร้างจะอยู่ที่ระยอง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 32-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีประสบการณ์งานสำรวจปริมาณงานโยธาและสถาปนิกอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปรึกษาหารือกับที่ปรึกษาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
(พูดคุยติดต่อที่ปรึกษาจากบริษัทข้ามชาติได้เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและเขียนเอกสาร)
- ความสามารถในการรับผิดชอบการสำรวจปริมาณโดยรวม
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานสำรวจปริมาณสำหรับพลเรือนและสถาปนิก
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและต้องเป็นผู้ร่วมทีม
