Work Outline: Be responsible for overall tasks related to legal works for all group companies
Duties & Responsibility:
Supporting all operation of colleagues to be compliance with all laws and regulations.
Providing legal opinions and advices to staffs.
Providing overall knowledge in concerning law
Research and prepare information for contracts and legal documents reviewing, reporting and filings.
Organizing related documents, agreements and records.
Reviewing company’s contract to ensure that compliance and fairness for the company
Coordinating with related government authorities and officers.
Assist and work closely with corporate lawyers and compliance for any legal and compliance issues.
Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Aged between 28 – 40 years old
Has bachelor’s degree in law (has a license for law students)
At least 3 years working experience as a legal officer.
Be able to write legal documents in English

Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 30,000THB – 50,000THB
