Senior Customer Service (25K-32K) (SDG-25694)
<Job Responsibilities>
Create & execute customer complain strategy to reduce customer complain case
Initiate the new idea/ project to make Customer service and call center operation smoothly
Follow up and Co-ordinate Complaint case and Issue case from Marketing Online Channel
Other assigned task by Superior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-32 years old
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3-5 years’ experience as Customer Service or related fields
Strong experience in handling Customer complain /Customer service
Be able to create & execute customer complain strategy
Good command in Excel
Good service-minded
Be able to communicate in English in Conversational level
