Senior Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure) (30K-45K) (SDG-79156)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Work with our engineering team to identify and implement cloud-based solutions for the company
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Provide ongoing engineering support to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g., application servers, security, networks, etc.)
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures
• Make proactive suggestions for service improvements and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
• Coordinate planned and unplanned outages with vendors and customers Involves throughout the software development life cycle following the CMMI standard
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions implementation (Cloud Infrastructure)
- *AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Microsoft Azure or GCP (Google Cloud)
- Good command in English (internal communication)
- Ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams of project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- .Net core or Java programming
- Early join candidate

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกรของเราเพื่อระบุและใช้โซลูชันบนระบบคลาวด์สำหรับบริษัท
• กำหนดและจัดทำเอกสารแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดและกลยุทธ์เกี่ยวกับการปรับใช้แอปพลิเคชันและการบำรุงรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
• ให้การสนับสนุนด้านวิศวกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องแก่โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคนิคบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด (เช่น แอปพลิเคชันเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ความปลอดภัย เครือข่าย ฯลฯ)
• แก้ไขปัญหาเหตุการณ์ ระบุสาเหตุ การแก้ไข และจัดทำเอกสารปัญหา และใช้มาตรการป้องกัน
• ให้คำแนะนำเชิงรุกสำหรับการปรับปรุงบริการและแสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการบริการที่เป็นเลิศ
• ประสานงานการหยุดทำงานตามแผนและไม่ได้วางแผนกับผู้ขายและลูกค้า เกี่ยวข้องตลอดวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ตามมาตรฐาน CMMI

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาซอฟต์แวร์ คอมพิวเตอร์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในการใช้งานโซลูชั่น (Cloud Infrastructure)
- *AWS (Amazon Web Services) หรือ Microsoft Azure หรือ GCP (Google Cloud)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายใน)
- ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้จัดการโครงการ นักพัฒนา ผู้ทดสอบ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทางธุรกิจจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชา
