Senior Call Center (25K-30K) (SDG-22823)
<Job Responsibilities>
Day to day monitoring and manage the call center operation together with company outsourcing agency.
Manage the Call Center transaction with properly arrangement
Prepare the Call Center data analysis by daily, weekly and monthly
Manage and making a plan to reduce customer complain case
Initiate the new idea/ project to make call center operation smoothly
Workplace Area: Onnut, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Supervisor level for call center operation (Electronic Product is preferred)
Understand full loop of call center operation
Be able to communicate in English
