Senior Accounting Officer (GL/Reconcile) (25K–35K) (SDG-101493)
เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายบัญชี (GL/Reconcile)

<Job responsibilities>
- Make report and send to Singapore branch
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Maintaining and preparing the budget.
- Check report from factory (import package/ ingredient inventory control)
- Reconcile Balance Sheet
- Managing financial records in compliance with tax and Accounting laws.
- Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.
- Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management.
- Perform Other related tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำรายงานและส่งสาขาสิงคโปร์
- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ขาเข้าและขาออก
- จัดทำงบประมาณ
- ตรวจสอบรายงานจากโรงงาน (ควบคุมการนำเข้าบรรจุภัณฑ์/สินค้าคงคลังส่วนผสม)
- กระทบยอดงบดุล
- การจัดการบันทึกทางการเงินตามกฎหมายภาษีและการบัญชี
- ประเมินระบบควบคุมภายในและให้คำแนะนำที่จำเป็น
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting field
- 3+ years of working experience in GL and/or Reconcile
- Good command of verbal and written in English (Can communicate well + documents/reports)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Tools.

- Good critical reasoning abilities.

- Can join immediately

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไปใน GL และ/หรือ Reconcile
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถสื่อสารได้ดี + เอกสาร/รายงาน)
- มีทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือ Microsoft office
