<Job Responsibilities>
- Tenant handling related to rental agency services for expatriate Japanese in the CS department
- Interpret between Japanese and Thai staff
- Contract preparation
- Contract handling
- Service customer mainly by communication
- Be a middle person for interpret and translate both internal - external
- Overall of after-sales service after move-in to make customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other department
- Fix issue for customer with best service
- Other tasks assign by Management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Customer Service / Customer Support / Interpreter or any related field with high class service mind
- Business level of Japanese (N2 up)
- Conversational high level of English
- Able to work on weekend

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Promphong
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Saturday (day off 2 days / week ))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การจัดการผู้เช่าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการตัวแทนให้เช่าสำหรับชาวญี่ปุ่นต่างชาติในแผนก CS
- ล่ามระหว่างพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่นและชาวไทย
- การจัดทำสัญญา
- การจัดการสัญญา
- บริการลูกค้าด้วยการสื่อสารเป็นหลัก
- เป็นคนกลางในการตีความและแปลทั้งภายใน-ภายนอก
- ภาพรวมของการบริการหลังการขายหลังย้ายเข้าเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ
- แก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าด้วยบริการที่ดีที่สุด
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Customer Service / Customer Support / Interpreter 2-3 ปี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งมี Service Mind ระดับสูง
- ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ได้
