<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare PO, invoice, and all supporting documents
- Make contacts with suppliers & customers according to the salespersons
- Contact with suppliers about the delivery schedule
- Support salespersons
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 23-25 years old
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year experience as Sales Support or Sales Coordinator in any industry (Salesperson who has experience in preparing sales documents can also apply)
- Conversational high-level English (Mainly E-mail and documentation)
- Be good at detailed work and can do routine tasks

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำ PO, Invoice และเอกสารประกอบทั้งหมด
- ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าตามพนักงานขาย
- ติดต่อกับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับกำหนดการส่งมอบ
- สนับสนุนพนักงานขาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 23-25 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีใดก็ได้
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Sales Support หรือ Sales Coordinator ในอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ (พนักงานขายที่มีประสบการณ์ในการเตรียมเอกสารการขายก็สามารถสมัครได้)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (อีเมลและเอกสารเป็นหลัก)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานประเภท routine ได้
