Sales Support (25K-31K) (SDG-40512)
<Job Responsibilities>
Operate sales process by receiving orders, issuing price, planning, and forecasting for the next purchase order
Providing all sales supports, coordinating within the unit, and also handling administrative functions to facilitate business operations.
Communicate and coordinate with concerned department, vendors, and executive management to ensure all procurement reach goals.
Coordinate purchasing agreements and dealing with clients to meet their' requirements.
Coordinate with Singapore office
Responsible for the PSI Control/ Reports and Analysis and TISI Proposals
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Sales Support / Sales Assistant (both P/O and S/O)
Experiences in Electronics Trading or Electronics Manufacturing Companies
Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of spoken & written in English; be able to effectively coordinate with Japanese and Singaporean
Proficiency of either Oracle or SAP
