Sales Supervisor or Sales Assistant Manager (35K–55K) (SDG-100693)
หัวหน้าฝ่ายขายหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย

<Job responsibilities>
- This positon needs to handle business development
- Arrange and negotiate with customer such as price and condition
- Manage sales members and Give them feedback
- Formulate sales strategy plan
- Calculate and suggest transportation price plan to customer
- Report and discuss with Japanese manager in English
- Other tasks assigned by the general manager and Japanese manager

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- จัดเตรียมและเจรจากับลูกค้า เช่น ราคาและเงื่อนไข
- จัดการสมาชิกฝ่ายขายและให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
- จัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย
- คำนวณและเสนอแผนราคาค่าขนส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- รายงานและหารือกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 3-5 years of sales experience in General trading company or Logistics/transportation industry or Manufacturing company
- Having experience related to Logistic task
- Have good negotiation skills with customers for price and condition
- Conversational High level of English ( can discuss with JP manager )
- Can commute to Nakhon Pathom area
- Having own car
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experienced of manager in Japanese company
- Have willingness to be top management

Workplace Area: Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโลจิสติกส์
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีกับลูกค้าในเรื่องราคาและเงื่อนไข
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
- สามารถเดินทางไปพื้นที่นครปฐมได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
