Sales supervisor or Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-96526)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Mainly this position needs to handle business development
- Arrange and negotiate with customer such as price and condition
- Manage sales members and give them feedback
- Formulate sales strategy plan
- Calculate and suggest transportation price plan to customer
- Report and discuss with Japanese manager in English
- Other tasks by the general manager and Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 3years of sales experience in General trading company or Logistics/transportation industry
- Have good negotiation skills with customer for price and condition
- Conversational High level of English (can discuss with JP manager)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Have experienced of manager in Japanese company
- Have willingness to be top management
- More than 1 year of management experience

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ตำแหน่งนี้ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการการจัดการด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- นัดเจรจากับลูกค้า เช่น ราคาและเงื่อนไข
- จัดการสมาชิกฝ่ายขายและให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
- กำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย
- คำนวณและเสนอแผนราคาขนส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- รายงานและหารือกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- งานอื่นๆ ของผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การขายมากกว่า 3 ปีในบริษัทการค้าทั่วไปหรืออุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์/การขนส่ง
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขกับลูกค้าได้ดี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง (สามารถพูดคุยกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การเป็นผู้จัดการในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีความตั้งใจที่จะเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารมากกว่า 1 ปี
