Sales Supervisor (JP) (35K–48K) (SDG-101642)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
<Job responsibilities>
>> Mainly responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Visit clients and explain company's products (Area: Industrial estate, Chonburi, Rayong, and others)
- Work as a window person between clients and our company to identify and solve issues to Maintain customer satisfaction regarding QCDS.
- Get orders from clients and arrange delivery schedules and methods with clients and the factory side
- Coordinate with Japanese HQ, and group companies in China, Singapore and Malaysia
- Make quotations and sale reports
- Other duties as assigned
*Company provide car with driver
*Visit client around 3-4 times per month
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
>> รับผิดชอบหลักในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- เข้าพบลูกค้าและอธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท (พื้นที่: นิคมอุตสาหกรรม ชลบุรี ระยอง และอื่นๆ)
- ทำงานเป็นบุคคลระหว่างลูกค้าและบริษัทเพื่อระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อรักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับ QCDS
- รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและจัดตารางและวิธีการจัดส่งกับลูกค้าและฝั่งโรงงาน
- ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่น และกลุ่มบริษัทในประเทศจีน สิงคโปร์ และมาเลเซีย
- ทำใบเสนอราคาและรายงานการขาย
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
*บริษัทจัดให้มีรถพร้อมคนขับ
*เข้าพบลูกค้าประมาณ 3-4 ครั้งต่อเดือน
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 3 years of Sales, Sales coordinator or Purchasing experience in the electronics, automotive, or material industry
- Conversational high Level of Japanese skill (N3 up)
- Conversational high Level of English skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experiences in Industrial Devices, Material or Automotive Industry
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Working Hour: 8:15-17:30(Mon-Fri)
