Sales Supervisor (Digital Printing) (40K–50K) (SDG-102884)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (การพิมพ์ดิจิทัล)

<Job responsibilities>
- Join planning strategies meeting with executives to boost circulation.
- Plan to acquire new customers. Set guidelines for caring for both old and new customers to have a good relationship and continue increasing orders.
- Manage and supervise the team to Perform according to the specified goals.
- Coordinate with customers and related organizations both domestically and internationally.
- Manage the number of products in the warehouse to have the right amount and in accordance with the established policy.
- Departmental expense control including the cost of product testing for customers.
- Cooperate with other departments to create an implementation plan to prevent and resolve complaints from customers and partners.
- Prepare reports to executives as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ร่วมประชุมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ร่วมกับผู้บริหารเพื่อเพิ่มการหมุนเวียน
- วางแผนการหาลูกค้ารายใหม่ กำหนดแนวปฏิบัติในการดูแลลูกค้าทั้งเก่าและใหม่ให้มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและเพิ่มคำสั่งซื้ออย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริหารจัดการและกำกับดูแลทีมงานให้ดำเนินการตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- บริหารจัดการจำนวนสินค้าในคลังสินค้าให้มีปริมาณที่เหมาะสมและเป็นไปตามนโยบายที่กำหนด
- การควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนกรวมถึงต้นทุนการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและคู่ค้า
- จัดทำรายงานส่งผู้บริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-4 years experience as Sales (Labels Machines) in the digital printing industry.
- Good command of English (communication with clients and documents)
- Have driving license with Own car
- Have leadership and good human relations
- Have presentation skills, able to open-close the deal
- Skills in analyzing, planning, and problem-solving.
- Quick thinking and quick decision-making.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Management, or related fields.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-4 ปีในด้านการขาย (เครื่องฉลาก) ในอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์ดิจิทัล
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและเอกสาร)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่และรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- มีความเป็นผู้นำและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอสามารถเปิด-ปิดข้อตกลงได้
- ทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการแก้ปัญหา
- การคิดอย่างรวดเร็วและการตัดสินใจที่รวดเร็ว
