Sales Staff (30K-60K) (SDG-35911)
<Job Responsibilities>
This position is expected to be manager class in the future
Manage the distributor and promote their sales activity
Plan the sales strategy with JP Manager
Visit clients with distributor and explain details information about company products
Go on a business trip to Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong
Contact new client and get their potential needs
Price negotiation and ask client to get the budget for the products
Follow up the clients by keep contacting and catch the client's current situation and update it to Japanese sales manager normally it takes 1 or 2 years to sale the products
Every time you catch the changes of clients, report the sales manager and discuss how to deal with the situation as team
Prepare the documents such as Invoice, sales material etc.
Attend the strategy meeting with distributor once per month
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-40 years old
Bachelor degree
Working experience in Japanese company Can understand Japanese working culture and style
Person who would like to be manager in the future
At least 3 years of B to B sales experience in manufacturing company
Business level of English
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel
Having driving license
Mind to satisfy the customer through company Industrial Inspection/Metrology business
Personality: Politeness, Challenging and never give up mind, strong sense of responsibility
Honesty, Quick action for reporting and relying on team member
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Graduated from mechanical or electrical faculty
Have sales experience of expensive or big instrument
Japanese language
