<Clients: Japanese Manufacturer>

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to develop new business
- Be able to become a manager level in the future.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Get the order from HQ in Japan (Sales in Japan will get orders from HQ of the client in Japan)
- Visit client and hear product specifications (3-4 companies per week)
- Feedback to the head office in Japan or supplier to modify the proposal.
- Milestone management until going into mass production
- Other assigned tasks.
* Company-owned car will be provided but have to drive by yourself



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Experience in new business development or new projects (please describe your CV)
- At least 5 years of B to B sales experience in the manufacturing industry or trading company
- Strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills with a service mind
- Conversational middle-level of English
- Driving License
- Not job hopper

(Personality)
- Willing to build good relationships
- Able to think in an organizational manner (teamwork is important because you work in a team)
