Sales Planning (20K-25K) (SDG-38582)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Lead and support successful launch operation On-Time without compromising on quality.
 Understand and support and lead preparation of Sales budget based on marketing strategy and build business base with local OEM’s.
 Market intelligence, tracking new launches, pricing strategies and customer relationship management
 Product Knowledge/ Costing/ price negotiation/ winning business contracts.
 Interface with customer and other internal stakeholders
 Very strong contacts within our group as well as customers.
 Capabilities to understand interprets and analyze data of customer intelligence, competitors’ strategies and market information effectively in sales strategies.
 Knowledge about customer vehicle platforms, engine roll out plans, customer product development process, sourcing strategies.
 Understanding all customer requirements, communicate within the team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds expectations.
 Ensure for keep fluctuation in responsible region in minimal level.
 Leads CE meeting and Quote tracker to achieve success and customer requirements
 Very good communication and presentation skills.
 Work experience in multicultural environment in a Global organization would be an added advantage


 Support Company strategies to expand business with OEMs
 Budgeting tracking and controlling all account.
 Support and lead to achieve targets by effectively supporting India, Indonesia and Japan sales thru the supply of correct information from customer and effective coordination.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-28 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 New graduate is welcome
 1-2 years’ experience in OEM sales/Business planning/ marketing experience/ product knowledge/ understand of supply chain in the automotive industry.
 Result oriented, self-driven candidate with an attitude to achieve goals from scratch is preferred
 Good command of English (Communicate with JP Manager)
 Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs is preferred.
 Should have networking skills, and interpersonal skills and influencing skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Technical background including knowledge of automotive systems/ components would be advantage.

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri)
