<Job Responsibilities>
- To build good relationship and get requirement from customer.
- To perform the sales activities to meet sales target.
- To be responsible for planning customer development or finding solution as market situation.
- To be responsible for checking and updating Statistics (Mainly Import Statistics) to management and sales team.
- To monitor all documentation including Import & Export (Indirect) and local sales in domestic Thailand.
- To communicate with customers, forwarding company and any other related parties for the issues concerning delivery matter.
- To check the correctness of shipping document (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AK Form, CO and Inspection Certificate) including L/C Application.
- To support for making Tax Invoice, Packing List, Billing and Delivery Order to customers.
- To ensure all documents are proceeded correctly and submitted to other parties on time.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 4 years of experiences as Sales (Senior/ Supervisor/ Assistant or Manager) in trading of steel, automotive or heavy electronics industry
- Import/Export business knowledge (e.g. Shipping Documents or Delivery Documents)
- Good command of verbal and written English (to report to Korean Manager and use in documentation)
- Have driving license and able to travel for business purpose (company car provided)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Korean or Japanese Speaking
- Can join immediately

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและได้รับความต้องการจากลูกค้า
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายการขาย
- รับผิดชอบในการวางแผนพัฒนาลูกค้าหรือหาแนวทางแก้ไขตามสถานการณ์ทางการตลาด
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงสถิติ (สถิติการนำเข้าส่วนใหญ่) ให้กับฝ่ายบริหารและทีมขาย
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารทั้งหมดรวมถึงการนำเข้าและส่งออก (ทางอ้อม) และการขายในประเทศในประเทศไทย
- เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า บริษัท ส่งต่อและผู้เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ สำหรับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจัดส่ง (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B / L, AK Form, CO และ Inspection Certificate) รวมถึง L / C Application
- เพื่อรองรับการจัดทำใบกำกับภาษีรายการบรรจุสินค้าการวางบิลและใบสั่งส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
- เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเอกสารทั้งหมดจะดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องและส่งให้บุคคลอื่นตรงเวลา
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 4 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales (Senior / Supervisor / Assistant หรือ Manager) ในการค้าเหล็กยานยนต์หรืออุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หนัก
- ความรู้ด้านธุรกิจนำเข้า / ส่งออก (เช่นเอกสารการจัดส่งหรือเอกสารการจัดส่ง)
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อรายงานต่อผู้จัดการเกาหลีและใช้ในเอกสารประกอบ)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่และสามารถเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจได้ (มีรถของ บริษัท ให้)
