<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage sales team and expand business to prospect customer to achieve company goal
 Develop sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
 Approach new potential customers and distributors
 Manage sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
 Manage team and guide new sales staff
 Measure and analyze results for the precise and reliable procedures
 Provide report to management
 Other task assigned by Manager




Workplace Area: Chongnonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/female, 32-40 years
 Bachelor's degree
 5 years’ experience in senior sales representative with leasing/hire purchase, banking, financial institution
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Self-driven and highly motivated
 Good command in English
 Have driving license
