Sales Executive (Locker) (32K-44K) (SDG-36666)
<Job Responsibilities>
 In the early stage to first quarter of 2020, collaborate closely with project team and maintain clients
 Do the business development for connection in the real estate/ residential/ office building industries (BD 100%)
 Make appointment with customers and visit them with engineering staffs to introduce and propose the products
 Negotiation with Real Estate owner for installation of locker box
 Negotiation with Service Provider ex. E-Commerce Company, Logistic Company and coordinating with Partner company
 Price negotiation, order management, inventory management, delivery date management
 Collaborate with the technical engineer team to assist in project preparation and propose the solutions for the clients
 Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 26-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in related field
 2-3 years of experiences working as Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience as a Sales in Real Estate industry
 Good command of spoken & written in English
 Good at communicating, presenting and have good personality
 Have driving’s license and able to drive own car to upcountry for business purpose

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of Japanese communication (N3 or above)
