Duties & Responsibilities:
Support to Sales Dept., follow up order and take care of clients.
To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
To handle internal and customer queries.
Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor in Business Administrative or any related field
2- 3 years’ experience in Coordinator/ Sales support from following:
• Trading company – plastic
• Automotive industry
• Electrical industry
Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
Having plastic knowledge will be an advantage
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (N2 and above)
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
