Sales Assistant Manager (JP/EN) (40K–80K) (SDG-58227)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be in charge of client in China and ASEAN countries
- Develop new client by e-mail or phone and hear their issues and demand
- Go on a business trip to ASEAN, China once a month(after COVID situation)
- Suggest solutions to the client
- Update the market situation and discuss the solution for client with HQ in Japan
- Flexibly deal with client requests such as the method of payment(sometimes using leasing)
- Attend the exhibition or game event in the other asian countries and contact with the client
- Market research of PC games
- Support Marketing and promotion activity of PC games
- Expected to focus on PC game business in the future
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 28 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering in related field
- More that 5 years of working experience as sales
- Having skills of hearing the clients demand and issues and provide solution
- Business level of English(TOEIC 700UP)
- Business level of Japanese(N2 over)
- Be familiar with Online PC game business
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Personality: Proactive, Flexible
- Good presentation skill
- At least 2 years for each company
- Person who prefer to stay in the office as sales(not going outside oftenly)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- The number of job changing is 0 or once
- Experience in Arcade game or medal game etc.
- Experience in Japanese company

English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri(Sat:Basically None*Sometimes have to attend the event))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลลูกค้าในประเทศจีนและประเทศในอาเซียน
- พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ทางอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์และรับฟังปัญหาและความต้องการของพวกเขา
- ไปทำธุรกิจที่อาเซียนจีนเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง (หลังสถานการณ์ COVID)
- แนะนำแนวทางแก้ไขให้กับลูกค้า
- อัปเดตสถานการณ์ทางการตลาดและหารือเกี่ยวกับการแก้ปัญหาสำหรับลูกค้ากับ HQ ในญี่ปุ่น
- จัดการกับคำขอของลูกค้าได้อย่างยืดหยุ่นเช่นวิธีการชำระเงิน (บางครั้งใช้การเช่าซื้อ)
- เข้าร่วมงานนิทรรศการหรืองานเกมในประเทศอื่น ๆ ในเอเชียและติดต่อกับลูกค้า
- การวิจัยตลาดของเกมพีซี
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขายเกมพีซี
- คาดว่าจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่ธุรกิจเกมพีซีในอนาคต
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 28-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีหรือวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายมากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการรับฟังความต้องการและปัญหาของลูกค้าและให้แนวทางแก้ไข
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (TOEIC 700UP)
- ระดับธุรกิจของญี่ปุ่น (N2 ขึ้นไป)
- คุ้นเคยกับธุรกิจเกมออนไลน์บนพีซี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
- บุคลิกภาพ: เชิงรุกยืดหยุ่น
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอที่ดี
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีสำหรับแต่ละ บริษัท
- ผู้ที่ชอบอยู่ในสำนักงานขาย (ไม่ออกไปข้างนอกบ่อยๆ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- จำนวนงานที่เปลี่ยนคือ 0 หรือครั้งเดียว
- มีประสบการณ์ในเกมอาร์เคดหรือเกมเหรียญรางวัลเป็นต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
