<Job responsibilities>
- Manage daily activities of each team member and progress of sales
- Check the detail of the presentation
- Consider the possibility of presenting Other products for clients
- Make a plan to Achieve the sales target
- Keep relationships with current clients
- Search and develop new clients with subordinates
- Manage the team sales as data and report to GM
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการกิจกรรมประจำวันของสมาชิกในทีมแต่ละคนและความคืบหน้าของการขาย
- ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการนำเสนอ
- พิจารณาความเป็นไปได้ในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
- วางแผนเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- ค้นหาและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่กับลูกน้อง
- จัดการการขายของทีมเป็นข้อมูลและรายงานต่อ GM
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 10 years experience as a sales of the interior, office equipment, building materials
・At least 3 years experience in managing the team
・Conversational high level English (To communicate with clients and another branch staff)
・Ability to manage progress accurately and logically
・Ability to maximize the sales for each clients
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・High skill of making good relations with all personalities
・High level of understanding key person's relationships and power balance in client side

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

- ปริญญาตรี
・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในด้านการขายอุปกรณ์ตกแต่งภายใน, อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน, วัสดุก่อสร้าง
・มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและพนักงานสาขาอื่น)
・ความสามารถในการจัดการความคืบหน้าอย่างถูกต้องและมีเหตุผล
・ความสามารถในการเพิ่มยอดขายสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้าแต่ละราย

・ทักษะสูงในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับทุกบุคลิก
