Sales Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (50K-80K) (SDG-27713)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Visit and have a meeting once a week and ask detail sales situation
 Find the problem which effect to sales and think solutions and coordinate with HQ in Japan and Thai Factory
 Collect information from Customers, Distributors, Subcontractors, Sales staff and prepare Sales and Manufacture forecast
 Adjust between Distributors to not duplicate the sales competition among them
 Inform JP Factory manager (Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate) the situation of Sales forecast so that they can prepare manufacturing forecast and purchase law materials
 Inform Factory and solve situations if any problem happens on products
 Discuss with JP HQ regards to the new products information, share customer's request, price information
 Check their sales situation and lead them to sell effectively
 Have Team and Individual meeting



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-50 years
 Bachelor or Higher Degree in any field
 Japanese Level: Advanced Highest or higher
 Having Sales experience to Distributors at least 3 years

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience to lead the team

Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
