Sales and Marketing (English Speaking) @Chonburi (25K-35K) (SDG-40503)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for making a sales call to get an appointment and visiting corporate clients in order to promote new residential project of the company
 Taking care the customer and accompany them to visit the residence project
 Make Quotation and provide new customer’s information to operation team.
 Build good relationship with each company’s human resource division.
 Handling living contract and invoice
 Corporate with the Sales Team in order to develop and expand the clients base though the marketing strategy
 Other tasks as assigned by Manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 3 year's working experience as Sales in any industry
 Advanced conversation level of English (Low- Middle)
 Strong negotiation and communication skill with pleasant personality
 Be able to commute to drive company car in sales activity

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Work experience as Sales in Real Estate
 Business Level of English

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: A.Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00((5 days working *Need to work on Saturday or Sunday -Negotiable))
