ฝ่ายขายและที่ปรึกษา (JP)
<Job Responsibilities>
*This position is expected to be a HR consultant in the future

- To explain and advice methods for solving related to the organization and human resources for sustainable development
- Call, take appointment and visit new client to get the order
- Go to the Industrial area(Ayutthaya, Chonburi etc.) 2-3 times per week (Company car with driver will be provided)
- Make the documents such as proposal and Invoice
- Negotiate with contract contents
- Support the consultant to consult to provide the service such as making handout, coordinating etc.
- Consult and advise the client to improve client's organization and education etc.
- to translate of documents (in case customers aren't Japanese)
- Other task assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 22- 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Business level of Japanese and English (Have Japanese skill JLPT N2 or higher)
- Welcome new graduated
- Able to go to business trip in Chonburi area (5 days per month)
- Punctual and responsible
- Learn new things, like challenges
- Like talking with client
- Have strong interesting in HR development, consulting field

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience as sales or consultant
- Having experience of using Japanese in business

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri(Sat:None))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
*ตำแหน่งนี้คาดว่าจะเป็นที่ปรึกษา HR ในอนาคต

- เพื่ออธิบายและแนะนำวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับองค์กรและทรัพยากรบุคคลเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
- โทรนัดหมายและเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อรับคำสั่งซื้อ
- เข้าเขตอุตสาหกรรม (อยุธยา ชลบุรี ฯลฯ) สัปดาห์ละ 2-3 ครั้ง (มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้)
- ทำเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ข้อเสนอและใบแจ้งหนี้
- เจรจาต่อรองกับเนื้อหาสัญญา
- สนับสนุนที่ปรึกษาเพื่อให้คำปรึกษาในการให้บริการ เช่น จัดทำเอกสาร ประสานงาน ฯลฯ
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงองค์กรของลูกค้าและการศึกษา ฯลฯ
- แปลเอกสาร (กรณีลูกค้าไม่ใช่ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 22- 28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาอังกฤษ (มีทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป)
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในเขตชลบุรีได้ (5 วันต่อเดือน)
- ตรงต่อเวลาและมีความรับผิดชอบ
- เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ เช่น ความท้าทาย
- ชอบคุยกับลูกค้า
- มีความน่าสนใจอย่างมากในด้านการพัฒนา HR, ที่ปรึกษาด้าน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือที่ปรึกษา
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นในธุรกิจ
