Safety Health & Environment (Assistant Manager or Manager) (46K–73K) (SDG-104900)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการฝ่ายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม

<Job responsibilities>
- Working with all managers to ensure proper safety equipment and protection systems are available and able to use
- Monitoring the investigation of accidents and reviewing accidents and statistics of such with the management so that corrective action may be applied and assessed for health safety and the environment.
- Reviewing with all managers on safety & security policies/ procedures to ensure that they are effective and workable.
- Ensuring that there are suitable emergency procedures and equipment in place for dealing with emergencies such as fires and spillages.
- Developing and maintaining a safety and health management program in compliance with the law and occupational health requirements as well as related international standards.
- Coaching the team of SH&E in the execution of risk inventories & evaluations, risk assessments, and incident investigations and Ensuring action closure.
- In case of visiting related outside place related to work (company car with driver is supported or taxi)
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการทุกคนเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัยและระบบป้องกันที่เหมาะสมและสามารถใช้งานได้
- ติดตามการสอบสวนอุบัติเหตุและทบทวนอุบัติเหตุและสถิติดังกล่าวร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหาร เพื่อนำมาตรการแก้ไขไปประยุกต์และประเมินความปลอดภัยด้านสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ทบทวนกับผู้จัดการทุกคนเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย/ขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยและการรักษาความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีประสิทธิผลและสามารถทำงานได้
- จัดให้มีขั้นตอนและอุปกรณ์ฉุกเฉินที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดการกับเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น เพลิงไหม้และการรั่วไหล
- พัฒนาและรักษาแผนการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดด้านอาชีวอนามัยและมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ฝึกสอนทีม SH&E ในการดำเนินการรายการความเสี่ยงและการประเมิน การประเมินความเสี่ยง และการสืบสวนเหตุการณ์ และการปิดการดำเนินการเพื่อให้แน่ใจ
- กรณีเข้าพบสถานที่ภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน (มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับหรือแท็กซี่)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Occupation Health and Safety
- At least 10 years experience in safety and environmental function
- Experienced from automotive parts Manufacturer or Electrical Appliances Manufacturer (Japanese Manufacturing background also required)
- Management Experience with subordinate
- Conversational Middle to High in English (report to Japanese management, Other internal use such as meeting, presentation, documents etc.)
- ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems standards and certifications.
- Holding of below senior license certificates
> General energy in the factory
> Senior person responsible for energy operations
> Special personnel responsible for safety and storage of hazardous substances
- Holding own car with driving license (commuting to company, in case of working after working hour, it's convenient to applicants as well)
- Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
- Energetic, Great communication, coordination skills
- Good personality

Workplace Area: Mueang, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday and Saturday 1-2 times a month (around 15 days per year)>)

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางถึงระดับสูง (รายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น การใช้งานภายในอื่นๆ เช่น การประชุม การนำเสนอ เอกสาร ฯลฯ)
- มาตรฐานและการรับรองระบบการจัดการ ISO 14001 และ ISO 9001
- มีรับรองใบอนุญาตอาวุโสด้านล่าง
> พลังงานทั่วไปในโรงงาน
> ผู้อาวุโสที่รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานด้านพลังงาน
> บุคลากรพิเศษที่รับผิดชอบด้านความปลอดภัยและการจัดเก็บสารอันตราย
