Job Detail

Job Description
- Understand hiring target from client
- Search right candidates on internal and external database based on the job requirements
- Pre-screen candidates
- Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and confirm the intention to apply for the job by phone and text
- Set up interview schedules between candidates and consultants
- Create candidates’ database and resume by inputting personal data with industrial and job function code on internal system
- Support consultants’ activity
- Other assigned tasks from Senior / Leader

Provided Training for new employee
- Training and orientation
- Meeting and discussion to share knowledge with each other on a regular basis
- OJT

- เข้าใจเป้าหมายการจ้างงานจากลูกค้า
- ค้นหาผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจากฐานข้อมูลภายในและภายนอกตามความต้องการของงาน
- คัดเลือกผู้สมัครล่วงหน้า
- ติดต่อผู้สมัครเพื่อแนะนำโอกาสในการทำงานและยืนยันความตั้งใจสมัครงานทางโทรศัพท์และข้อความ
- จัดทำตารางการสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างผู้สมัครและที่ปรึกษา
- สร้างฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครและประวัติโดยป้อนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลพร้อมรหัสอุตสาหกรรมและหน้าที่งานในระบบภายใน
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมของที่ปรึกษา
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Senior / Leader

จัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่
- การฝึกอบรมและการปฐมนิเทศ
- ประชุมหารือแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างกันเป็นประจำ
- โอเจที

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 22-27 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree
• Welcome fresh grad
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Work under pressure with target
• High responsibility
• Not fear to make phone calls
• Good communication and social skill
• Work experience in communicating with individual customers (not must requirement)
• Experience and skill to talk with Senior level is preferable

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

About the Benefit
