Regional Accounting Manager (80K–150K) (SDG-85386)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead one-off assignments such as implementing cloud accounting business management software, establishing accounting processes, control procedures or supporting business advisory projects.
- Develop business with new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals for prospective clients
- Build strong client relationships
- Implement and coordinate multi-country engagements
- Lead regional projects
- Develop our capability in the region for specific products, such as payroll
- Support the development of our quality control systems and internal processes, technology solutions, management information systems and training programs
- Build strategic relationships with key partners
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- At least 8 years in Accounting/ Financial field in Accounting firm
- Management experience with subordinates
- Fluent in English with great communication skill
- Great understanding on Accounting firm business, working standard/ law both in Thailand and international firm
- Internationally recognised accounting qualification (for example CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
- Technical skills, for example: IFRS, US GAAP, cost accounting, financial services or international taxation
- Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Strong knowledge of using Xero (and its connected add-on applications) and NetSuite are preferred
- Additional language skills considered a plus.

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- เป็นผู้นำการมอบหมายแบบครั้งเดียว เช่น การใช้ซอฟต์แวร์การจัดการธุรกิจบัญชีบนคลาวด์ การกำหนดกระบวนการทางบัญชี ขั้นตอนการควบคุม หรือการสนับสนุนโครงการที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ
- พัฒนาธุรกิจกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- จัดเตรียมข้อเสนอสำหรับลูกค้าที่คาดหวัง
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ดำเนินการและประสานงานการนัดหมายในหลายประเทศ
- นำโครงการระดับภูมิภาค
- พัฒนาศักยภาพของบริษัทในภูมิภาคสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เฉพาะ เช่น บัญชีเงินเดือน
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบควบคุมคุณภาพและกระบวนการภายใน โซลูชันเทคโนโลยี ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการ และโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรม
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงกลยุทธ์กับพันธมิตรรายสำคัญ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือเศรษฐศาสตร์
- อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในสาขาบัญชี/การเงินในสำนักงานบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารร่วมกับลูกน้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจสำนักงานบัญชี มาตรฐานการทำงาน/ กฎหมาย ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ
- คุณสมบัติการบัญชีที่เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล (เช่น CA, ACCA, CIMA หรือ CPA)
- ทักษะด้านเทคนิค เช่น IFRS, US GAAP, การบัญชีต้นทุน, บริการทางการเงิน หรือภาษีอากรระหว่างประเทศ
- ทัศนคติเชิงรุกพร้อมความสามารถที่พิสูจน์แล้วในการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัดได้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีความรู้อย่างมากเกี่ยวกับการใช้ Xero (และแอปพลิเคชันเสริมที่เชื่อมต่อ) และ NetSuite จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะภาษาเพิ่มเติมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
