R&D Supervisor @Rayong (35K-40K) (SDG-28029)
<Job Responsibilities>
Design and develop new product to achieve customer specification
Cooperate with production in order to conduct production to conduct production trial run
To follow new product document and quality system
Cooperate with QA in order to get physical properties data of new product
Contact with third party for physical property test
Test and support new development
Supervise team R&D performance and allocate works
Compliance with ISO requirement
Support other department for technical issued
Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30 – 40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
At least 5 years experiences in R&D function in related manufacturing
Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation Middle)
Good interpersonal skill, Positive Thinker, Great Communication skill, Team-Player and Highly motivated
