Quantity Surveyor @Bangna (60K-90K) (SDG-22235)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage the costs on a construction project
 Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
 Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
 Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
 Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
 Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
 Measure and value the work done on site
 Visit site about 1 time/ week (Saraburi, Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Samutprakarn, Korat etc.)
 Pay subcontractors
 Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
 Select and/or source construction materials
 Write reports
 Other tasks as assigned




Workplace Area: BTS Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *every other Saturday working)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/female, 35-45 years
 Graduated from Civil Engineering or any related field
 10-15 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor field
 Experience in managerial level
 Experience in Japanese company

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having civil license of construction field
