Quality Engineer @Chonburi (45K-60K) (SDG-28504)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for series quality inspection and incoming inspection, related record fill to meet IATF16949.
Create supplier quality compliant to feedback SQE and suppliers, containment action taken for non-conformance.
Perform series production quality inspection according to inspection standard, include first/last inspection, process audit, support new project quality inspection etc.
Carry out outgoing inspection, report for required projects and release outgoing report.
Responsible for non-conforming material management for Incoming and in-process quality control.
Quarantine area management.
Measuring instrument, caliper and gauges maintenance.
Extra inspection and measurement job assigned.
Working area 6S management
Corporate with new project team for quality planning Establish control plan, quality standard, Work instruction and necessary quality documents for new project
Other job assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience familiar with DWG.
At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer dealing with plastic injection parts
Good knowledge of measuring tools (caliper, gauge, dia-meter, and height-gauge and hardness meter.
Able to write and speak in English. (Advanced conversation - middle)
Good Problem analysis and communication ability, team-work spirit.
