QS/Contracts Engineer (28K–40K) (SDG-101567)

<Job responsibilities>
- Reports to the senior project manager and project manager and is responsible for the project under his charge.
- Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.
- Sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on-site.
- Dealing with financial and legal problems.
- Paying subcontractors.
- Follow ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 system.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโครงการอาวุโสและผู้จัดการโครงการและรับผิดชอบโครงการภายใต้การดูแล
- การกำหนดราคา/การคาดการณ์ต้นทุนของส่วนประกอบต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับโครงการ
- ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงงานออกแบบและ/หรืองานก่อสร้าง และปรับประมาณการงบประมาณให้สอดคล้องกัน
- จัดหาผู้รับเหมาเพื่อทำงานในขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างโครงการ
- การวัดและประเมินมูลค่างานที่ทำนอกสถานที่
- การจัดการกับปัญหาทางการเงินและกฎหมาย
- การจ่ายเงินให้ผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- ปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO 9001, 14001 และ 45001
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering.
- Holding Associated Engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in handling QS or Contract management.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (for Document and speaking)
- Able to create a contract in English to clients
- Computer literacy especially in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Auto CAD.
- Good communication skills.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday (Work on site in Bangkok until August 2024 then move to another site))

- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- ดำรงตำแหน่ง Associated Engineer.
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดการ QS หรือการจัดการสัญญา
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและตรงต่อเวลาได้
- พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่อง (สำหรับเอกสารและการพูด)
- สามารถสร้างสัญญาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษให้กับลูกค้าได้
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์โดยเฉพาะใน MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook และ Auto CAD
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
