Job Detail

• Promote to work efficiency and make work plan in quality control
• Handle customer demand and maintain products of quality
• Manage each production department which enough customer requests
• Make quality rule and training subordinate
• Arrange KPI target and action plan in QA QC department
• Report to Japanese manager *There are interpreter
• Other tasks as assigned by Japanese manager

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday working average once in a month)
 







• Age 42-51 years
• Male preferred
• College Diploma
• At least 5 years of working experience as QA QC manager (for over 300 factory workers) in manufacturing industry
• Experience in FMEA, MSA, Process Capability, Why Analysis, 8D Report ( If you have anyone, it is good )
• Basic level of English
• Personality: strong mental and responsible person
• Experience with IATF16949 or ISO 14001 is preferable
• Conversational middle-level of English is preferable
• Have manpower management is preferable
