เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกควบคุมและรับประกันคุณภาพ

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products under supervision and Procedure.
• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of waste water to conform with authority’s stipulation.
• Compile data for documentation of test procedure and prepares reports.
• Review data obtained for compliance to specification and reports abnormalities.
• Properly verify, calibrate and maintain lab equipment in accordance with the timetable.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by report line.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 21-30 years
• Diploma in Industrial Technology or chemistry.
• Have working experience at least 2 years as QC/ QA Staff in chemical industry
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Have skill in handing lab equipment i.e. GC, ASP, GPC, Softening Point, pH meter, Solvent and Resins and Waste water analysis.
• Basic level of English (Able to read and write)
• Able to use MS officer

Workplace Area: Huaypong, Muangrayong, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: None>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์วัตถุดิบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างผลิตและสำเร็จรูปภายใต้การดูแลและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานเป็นประจำและไม่ประจำ
• ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์น้ำเสียเป็นประจำและไม่ประจำเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของผู้มีอำนาจ
• รวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารขั้นตอนการทดสอบและจัดทำรายงาน
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ได้รับเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและรายงานความผิดปกติ
• ตรวจสอบ สอบเทียบ และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ห้องปฏิบัติการอย่างเหมาะสมตามตารางเวลา
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสายรายงาน


ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 21-30 ปี
• อนุปริญญาสาขาเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมหรือเคมี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในตำแหน่ง QC/ QA Staff ในอุตสาหกรรมเคมี
• มีความรู้ด้าน ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• มีทักษะในการส่งอุปกรณ์ห้องปฏิบัติการ เช่น GC, ASP, GPC, จุดอ่อนตัว, เครื่องวัดค่า pH, ตัวทำละลายและเรซิน และการวิเคราะห์น้ำเสีย
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (อ่านออกเขียนได้)
• สามารถใช้เจ้าหน้าที่ MS ได้

• ภาษาอังกฤษ : พื้นฐาน
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี
