Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
- Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
- Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained
- Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site
- Contact with the client and report to the parent company
- Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client
- Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problem
- Keep KPI targets and analyze the problem to achieve KPI
- Other tasks assigned by Managements
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
- รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต
- ติดต่อลูกค้าและรายงานต่อบริษัทแม่
- จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และกำหนดมาตรการรับมือเพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
- เก็บเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้ได้ KPI
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3years in experience as QA in Automotive or Electric industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Acknowledged APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, IMDS, for the automotive business
• Conversational middle to high level of English (report to Japanese management)
• Work in Japanese Automobiles parts company around 100- 200 people factory is preferable
• Not job hopper is preferable (At least 3years working in same company)

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday, Saturday working; every other week)

• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• ได้รับการรับรอง APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, IMDS สำหรับธุรกิจยานยนต์
• การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางถึงระดับสูง (รายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)
• ทำงานในบริษัทอะไหล่รถยนต์ของญี่ปุ่นที่มีพนักงานประมาณ 100-200 คน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่ควรเลือก job hopper (อย่างน้อย 3 ปีทำงานในบริษัทเดียวกัน)
