Job Responsibilities
- Checking product quality at client company 3-4 times per week. (By company car, driver provided)
- Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the New model project product.
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery of New model products by each change level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Preparing document that related with quality concerned APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA .
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าที่บริษัทลูกค้า 3-4 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ (โดยรถบริษัท มีคนขับจัดให้)
- จัดระเบียบและดำเนินการประชุมสถานะคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์โครงการโมเดลใหม่
- ประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์รุ่นใหม่ตามแต่ละระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานข้ามสายงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ดำเนินการแก้ไข และป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-40 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about QA Engineer from Automotive industry
• Have working experience of dealing with customer and supplier
• Have working experience of quality measurement
• Have working experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
• Have working experience of APQP, PPAP , MSA , FMEA ,
• Advanced conversational middle level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri)

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานของ APQP, PPAP , MSA , FMEA ,
• การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง
