QA Manager (60K-90K) (SDG-73449)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain quality management system within the company
- Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control team of the company
- Lead internal stakeholders to develop action plan to identify and resolve quality and compliance issues
- Review and tracking calibration and preventive maintenance schedule for production equipment
- External audit of contractors
- Monthly management report in operations and KPIs
- Oversee and monitor the batch record, BOM, labels, and inspection to ensure compliance
- Acting as QMR of the company, leading internal audit
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer
- 5 years as QA in Medical supply industry or Lab / Pharmaceutical industry
- Having an experience in Manage team member.
- Proficient knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, and GMP
- Ability to work and bridge with other department
- Strong analytical skills and hungry for new project
- Experienced ERP user is a plus
- Good command of English Conversational level (using English to read reference in Overseas and Medical report)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Understanding of healthcare landscape in Thailand such as FDA, TIS is highly considered
- Knowledge of ISO17025, ISO11135 is a plus

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลระบบบริหารคุณภาพภายในบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการทีมประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพของบริษัท
- นำผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียภายในพัฒนาแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการสอบเทียบและกำหนดการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันสำหรับอุปกรณ์การผลิต
- การตรวจสอบภายนอกของผู้รับเหมา
- รายงานการจัดการประจำเดือนในการดำเนินงานและ KPIs
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบบันทึกแบทช์, BOM, ฉลาก และการตรวจสอบเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ทำหน้าที่เป็น QMR ของบริษัท เป็นผู้นำการตรวจสอบภายใน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง QA ในอุตสาหกรรมเวชภัณฑ์หรือห้องปฏิบัติการ / อุตสาหกรรมยา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการสมาชิกในทีม
- มีความรู้ความชำนาญด้าน ISO9001, ISO13485 และ GMP
- สามารถทำงานประสานกับแผนกอื่นได้
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งและหิวสำหรับโครงการใหม่
- ผู้ใช้ ERP ที่มีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในระดับ Conversational (ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอ่านอ้างอิงในรายงานต่างประเทศและการแพทย์)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความเข้าใจภูมิทัศน์ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพในประเทศไทย เช่น อย. มอก. ถือเป็นเรื่องสูง
- มีความรู้ ISO17025, ISO11135 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
